We do not have a set commission rate. We are flexible for outstanding pieces and large collections. Our regular rate of commission is circa 50% of the final sale price of the item. Generally we keep items on sale for 8 weeks in our store, however we are now keeping them longer if they're selected for our website. We can also help you store out of season pieces. Our aim is to be a flexible partner and do what we can to help you. For your unsold pieces you can either choose to collect them or pay to have them returned. Alternatively if you wanted to book another collection we can bring them back for you when we pick up the next items.

It is against the law to sell fake goods and we, therefore, take any attempt to re-sell fake goods through us very seriously. We inspect every item before it is listed, not after. We have a whole page dedicated to authentication which can be found here.

We choose carefully who to partner with and work with a variety of charities depending on the current climate or requests of our sellers. We recently gave a large donation of stock to the wonderful Women's charity Smart Works. During lockdown we gave a portion of sales from our charity collection to NHS Charities Together. We also work with a local charity to our Chelsea store called Trinity Hospice.

If you would like to donate all or some of your commission to a charity of your choice, we can arrange it for you.
